RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of this product, returns will only be accepted for new and unused Alpha Scoopers.

Orders must be returned to us within 30 days of the products being received. 

All orders returned outside of this period will be rejected. 

Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us. 

Please allow 5-7 days to process your return or exchange request. 

How to Make a Return

You must include:

• Your order number
• If you have a defective item, you must include a clear photograph of the defect.
